How it Works

No swinging pendulums but various “inductions” are used to lead you into a deep, natural state of relaxation.  As you continue to breathe naturally and enjoy this wonderful feeling of relaxation, your conscious mind allows access to your subconscious mind which is causing your problem.  You remain fully in control.  With this direct access, you allow removal of negative thoughts, unwanted behaviours, addictions and rewrite these into positive suggestions to help your problem and release you into a new future.


 

Many problems are caused by your own negative conditioning eg:

 

“I’ve tried to quit smoking but nothing works.”

“If I stop smoking, I always put on weight.”

“I’ll never lose weight.”

“I could never talk in front of a roomful of people.”

“Spiders frighten me to death.”

“I can’t breathe without my (asthma) inhaler.”

Who have I helped?

Since I first trained back in 1990, some of my best “successes” have been:

A woman who smoked 40 a day for 40 years and stopped smoking in one session.

Two sisters who each lost 20+ kg in three months.

A man who overcame the short distance YIPPS problem with his golf putting.

A man who had taken his Private Pilot’s Licence exam twice and failed due to nerves.  He passed the next time after remaining calm.

A woman with tinnitus who had annoying different sounds in each ear.  I showed her how to turn down and change the sounds using self-hypnosis.

A small boy of 8 who believed himself to be bigger after just one session “in the magic chair” which improved his confidence and his performance at school.

His older brother also learned to cope with exam nerves and successfully passed important exams.

A female opera singer with stage fright who stopped using beta blockers, improved her performance and as a result, her income.

A man, senior executive with a major company, who learnt how to control his blushing in meetings.

A boy of 10 who stopped bedwetting.  He had tried all the usual mats and alarms.

A man whose business was failing and turned it round with improved sales performance.

Anyone can benefit from this therapy from the age of 7 upwards.  Children love the “magic” of treatment and respond very well.  As parents know, children live in a dream world much of the time anyway.
