Smoking - Weight loss - Confidence
SMOKING is the main reason people ask for hypnosis.  It is the best way to stop smoking.  Far more successful than Nicorette chewing gum, nicotine patches, acupuncture, cold turkey and sheer willpower.  From the moment you book the session, you become an ex-smoker.

There are many reasons to stop: bad for your health, expensive waste of money, no smoking rules at work or in bars/restaurants, planes etc., anti-social habit, passive smoke inhaled by family members especially children, smelly clothes and hair, ageing effect on your skin etc.  I just ask one thing - that you want to stop for your own reason(s), not that someone else is pressuring you to quit.

 
So many conditioned thoughts can lead you to believe it is difficult to stop smoking:

“Quitting is so hard.”  “I can’t stop thinking about cigarettes.”  “I’ll put on weight if I stop”.  (A common misconception.)  “I need to smoke to relieve stress.”  “I always smoke after a meal (or sex).”

With my help, you will stop smoking by relaxing and changing your thoughts about smoking.  I do not use "aversion therapy" which makes you feel sick whenever you smell cigarette smoke but just reprogramme your mind to see you as a non-smoker.  You will enjoy the freedom from slavery to smoking.

Some people even need therapy to break their addiction to Nicorette chewing gum or nicotine patches so don't take the risk - choose the natural, relaxing way to become a non-smoker.


ALCOHOL
- By the way, the same applies to addiction to alcohol, whether you are an alcoholic or just drink too much or for the wrong reasons.  Recently I helped a man who regularly drank a bottle of wine and 2-3 spirits every day.  After just one session, he does not think about drink and has no need or desire to drink.

 

WEIGHT LOSS
You've tried every diet, lost weight and put it back on again, if not more.  That is because diets do not work.  You need to reprogramme the way your mind feels about food and why you eat.  Rather than thinking about losing weight (I prefer "dropping weight") and focussing on the pounds, I help you to see yourself at your target weight and experience living as this new person.  As I am qualified in Diet and Nutrition, I can give some advice in this area but I shall mainly allow your mind to create the new you.
